Turning Curiosity Into
Real-World Innovation

Beyond Using Technology

Learning how tech works,
not just consuming it

STEaM at Chrysalis stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics, and the point of it is captured in a single line: we want children to learn how technology works, not just how to use it. That distinction shapes everything, and it is where our CH-AI Labs pick up, carrying children into coding, robotics and the beginnings of artificial intelligence.

Science
Hands-on experiential models and science kits.
Technology
Coding from Scratch to Python, Java, and C.
Engineering
Building obstacle-sensing and smart robots.
Arts
Creative video editing, origami, and robot art.
Mathematics
Concrete math lab applications of theory.
STEaM (AI Labs) Objectives

“The confidence to design and build with technology, not just consume it.”

Why STEaM (AI Labs)

Engineering is where ideas become objects. Children build models and robots to solve actual problems, sensing obstacles, measuring the weather, and in doing so they learn the engineering design process the way engineers really use it. Art keeps imagination in the mix, from video editing and quizzing to making art with the robots they have built and folding origami that gives those robots character. And Math ties it all together in a dedicated Math Lab, where the concepts from class are made concrete and practical.
